Welcome
When life gets complicated, talking to someone
can help you move forward
Counselling can offer you a calm, safe, and confidential space to understand yourself better and enable you to work through any challenges you may have

Person-centred counselling
There are many reasons why individuals consider counselling. Life is not always easy, and it's okay to access support when you need it.
Person-centred counselling allows you to build a connection with the counsellor so you can talk openly and honestly. You will be encouraged to lead the sessions to discuss what you want at your own pace.
I offer a safe, calm, and confidential space that welcomes you to explore various aspects of your life, helping you understand yourself better and implement changes to be able to support yourself in future. I will listen to you, be accepting, and show empathy and compassion in a non-judgmental way.
My name is Claire, and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor.
I have supported individuals who were seeking support with challenges such as:
